Can someone please explain to me why the bore of a clarinet is considered cylindrical when the bore of the barrel is much smaller than the bore at the end or the lower joint.

Well I fell over about a week ago and landed on my face. I got 2 big cuts on my chin and one side of my face got really swollen, so I went to see the doctor. The doctor said that I had fractured my jaw, but it would heal itself without any treatment. He didn't say anything about the cuts. So Ive been covering them up with make up. But today, pus started to come out of one of them. It has an odour. How do I treat it? Should I go back to the doctor?
5 AnswersInjuries1 decade agoHow long will my fractured wrist be in the cast?
I have a tiny, tiny hairline fracture at the end of my ulna bone in my wrist. It's been in the cast for one week already and I'm going back in just under 2 weeks time to get it re-xrayed, and if its healed, they wont put another cast on. I'm really hoping that they wont put another one on, but what do you think my chances are?
