  • Can my husband obtain partial custody of my daughter?

My husband has been apart of my daughter's life for going on 5 years now and we have a son together. Although my daughter's father has his visitation with her I have sole legal decision making over her and have her in my care almost 24/7. Is there any possible way that when we do go to court my husband can have a say during the process? Can he also speak on her behalf if need be?

  • Will the odds end in my favor?

My daughter's father is now starting to get in her life and has been doing so with much hassle on my end. My current husband and I have been raising her. My daughter now is seeing a therapist because now that she has started seeing her biological father she has been acting out behavioral wise that is now affecting her education. He keeps telling me he is going to take me to court because my family wants to move to New Mexico and he says it's not the best interest in the child. He also says that he can get full custody because she doesn't have her own room in our home that she has to share with her brother. Will the judge actually take his side on this just because he doesn't want us to move, but has no valid evidence that it's not in her best interest?

  • I have rapid weight gain and my Dr won't do anything to help?

I recently have put on 25lbs out of nowhere. I go to the gym at least 3-4 times per week and I eat 3 meals a day and snack very lightly. I'm not sure why this is happening but when I bring it up to my Dr and ask if there is any help for it she says I should just work out more. Is there anything else I could do medically or am I doomed to be chunky?!

  • My ex husband wants full custody after 5 years of no contact?

when we first got divorced it was granted that i am to be awarded full legal custody of our minor child with parenting time given to the father. since then he has only used his visitation three times in a total of 6 years. He is now trying to get full custody of her and have reasonable visitation on myself when I have been taking care of my daughter for all these years. Is there anyway he would possibly win this battle or am I losing my mind over it.
