I recently found out I am pregnant (approx 3 1/2 weeks) and had an hcg quant test done. I know that the average is for hcg to double approx every 48 - 72 hours. Well mine is doubling every 13 hours. Is this an indicator of twins or what could it be? Is it normal?

ok so im just wondering what other people would have done in my situation... in may, i left my husband because he couldnt stop telling his ex girl friend that he still loves her and wishes he could be with her and he misses her etc. hes been doing this as long as we have been together. so one night i find a text on his phone to her and lose it and leave the next day. we have a 18 month old daughter together as well. i moved in with my sister and started seeing my best friend, mainly because he was the only one there for me while i was going through all this and hes the only one that truely knows me. so we hit it off very well. never been treated so well in my life. ok so my husband finds out im seeing him and is very angry and jealous (even tho hes with his ex girl friend at this time) and starts threatening to take my daughter away. last year, he got busted with marijuana and i took the blame for it because he has a prior record and would have went to jail/prison, my record, until then, was clear. well he started using that against me in custody that i had that and he didnt so therefore he did have a pretty good chance of getting our daughter. basically, in august, i was told that the only way he would stop is if i went back to him. i had to leave my boyfriend who was perfect for me. the only thing i could think about is that my daughter would be happier this way so i did it for her. what would you have done?

I had my mirena put in after my daughter was born. I've had it for a year. Then, a couple weeks ago I started a heavy period and felt like I had a contraction and sure enough the mirena came out!! To make it even better, I had to wait a week for an ultrasound to make sure nothing inside was damaged. On top of that, my husband lost his job and the insurance too! I'm a stay at home mom and full time student. It will probably be a while before I can get a new one put in. Does anyone know the chances of getting pregnant right after mirena comes out?

Also curious to see if this has happened to anyone else with the mirena coming out by itself!

Last Friday, I ended up in the emergency room for a severe migraine. I had to get some IV fluids and medications and the person that did my IV was in training. Well, the vein he used is very hard and very sore all the way up my arm. I can literally trace it thoughout my whole arm. It feels hot to touch and just plain hurts. Whats going on??!!?!

I am moving from a tiny town in Kansas to Colorado Springs. I have been looking online at apartment complexes and am wondering where are the good areas vs bad areas? I am a full time student and a mother so I don't have the money to live in the most expensive areas though. Any input is helpful!

I started on 10 mg lexapro in January for GAD. I was still having symptoms so my doctor put me up to 20 mg a day. I just started taking it last night and I have had nausea and vomiting and diarrehea all day. Is this related to the change in doseage? I have called my doctor and I'm waiting on a call back. Just wanted to see what other people on the medication have to say about it.
