Does it take a bulb that you can buy anywhere? or is it a custom made bulb?

My friend and I are starting to workout every day for 2 hours. We stretch, do sit ups, push ups, squats, and a lot of ab/thigh/arm exercises. We then dance for the last hour. I'm 18 years old, 5'1, and 125 pounds. My friend is 18, 5'1, and 140 pounds. We were wondering if we could lose weight at all by doing this every day. We plan on doing this for the next 2 months. How much do you think we could lose?

My 7 year old brother is telling me about this movie, he doesn't know what it's called.

this is how he explains it:

There's 1 brown boy and 1 white girl that is an alien (she has a mouth, nose, and eyes on her belly). There's a brown guy at a place getting a haircut, the kids called him 2 times because they need his help and so he left. There's also a cyclops with no arms and legs. The "cyclops" is really just a mask that when taken off, it moves around slow. Anyone can put this mask on. He went away so no one could find him. The girl found him and snatched his weapon. First she put worms in her mouth belly thing. She got the chocolate out of her backpack and put the chocolate and put it in her mouth that's located on her belly.

I have no idea what the f he is talking about, please tell me if you have any idea what this movie could be! =/

a unicorn or a dragon?

i hate the taste of root beer. and no i don't drink it after i brush my teeth and its every brand of root beer that tastes like toothpaste. haha...
