I had an incident where I got sexualy assaulted a few months ago and that might be the cause of my attacks, but I've had these attacks everyday for 4 days and every other week for 6 weeks, now I've had them every few hours today. I'm scared. I've been to the ER twice in 3 days complaining that my chest was hurting, rapid heart beat and heart beating fast, choking (id randomly stop breathing and then id have to cough to start breathing again), my head feels like bruises are swimming around in it, I feel lke my throat is closing up, glands are swollen. They told me at the doctor I was normal, twice but it doesn't seem like it. I'm 16 years old and yes, I know I shouldn't smoke but I smoke cigs. I think it helps mentaly, but not physicaly. I'm not sure what to do or what this is.

I'm looking to lose at least 5 lbs a week.

Any diet and excersize ideas?

I'm willing to do a tough challenge!

I have no periods, I'm not pregnant for sure, and I'm concerned.

My first concern is not having periods and my second concern is not being able to get pregnant.

I'm dry "down there" a lot and I seem to not be ovulating regularly or sometimes at all anymore. I talked to my doctor and confirmed that the ovulating is irregular, but she said it may just be temporary?? That doesn't sound right to me? Does anyone at all have an idea of what might be going on?

I think I weigh about 185 lbs. I've lost a little weight, so maybe less.

I would like to lose about 55-60 lbs. I'm 15 years-young and I like to do some sports. Mainly dancing. I heard dancing is the best way to lose weight. I also eat a lot of 100% natural applesauce and it has seemed to help me lose weight. I don't excersize, but I am willing to do so. I don't eat junk food, honestly. Not much at all. I love water and apple juice. I love all juices, really. My favorite healthy meal is brocoli and cheese. I love steak and all other meats mainly.

But my questions are...

What type of excersizes should I be doing to lose a lot of weight?

How much water/ and or/ juice should I be drinking? And what kind?

Is there any specific foods that will help me poop?

Please help me out! I'm ready to lose some weight. If there are any links of any websites or stories you'd like to share, I would love to see them and check it out.

I'm almost 15 years-old and a girl and I drunk pretty heavy almost everyday for a whole 2 years. I've been noticing I can't remembering certain things that have been said to me. I can forget it right after it's been said or hours later when they're important things to remember. I've been really dizzy and feel as if I'm high through-out the entire day. I run into things and stumble upon things. When I got to sit down to use the toilet I fall foward sometimes. My speech and spelling is getting worst when I used to be one of the best writers in English Class. I have way too much trouble remembering things. I have to do online schooling because remembering things is very hard for me. I'm thinking more sick minded then usual... Meaning I'm accepting bad behavior towards other people and sometimes doing it myself. I forget almost all past memories. I feel very trapped. I'm scared because everyday is a new day and I can't remember the previous days. I have also had trouble passing stools. I don't do it often. My heart has spasms... I kinda get these couple of "pumps" I really don't know how to explain it... And it makes me breathe weird. It's not a heart beat, it feels like maybe blood clots or something is passing through my vein fast. My heart throbs and hurts....(not a heart beat..its very difficult to explain). I really need help on what this could be. I've also been losing weight.
