    I am leaving on temporary disability in a few weeks and I am not eligible for FMLA. I have worked for the same office for two years, but we are under new ownership so my work time is only 9 months in their books. My job is not guaranteed, can I claim unemployment since they are offering me COBRA, since they are not providing me with medical benefits.

  • Early Maternity Leave?

    I am 25 weeks pregnant work in an office of only two people, myself and a supervisor. I am on my feet 8 hours a days, showing apartments, filing, walking the property I work on. Its really taking its toll, my supervisor keeps hounding me about when am I taking leave, since I am not moving fast enough for her, how to do I explain to the doctor that I cant take much more physically or mentally. How do I ask the doctor to put me on leave early due to exhaustion.
