I have recieved a judgement in my favour at small claims court. The defendant wants to pick up the faulty goods and give me a cheque at the same time. Im afraid that he will cancel the cheque (as he has given me reason not to trust him) and I will be left fighting for my money! Does anyone have any legal advice, preferably with legal references that I can use to make him give me the cheque and wait for it to clear before he gets his hands on the goods? Thanks in advance :)

She keeps waking up saying that she is hungry even though she is well fed through the day. After she wakes up its impossible to get her back to sleep. Ive given in and fed her because I wouldnt like to think she was really hungry! However, I work in a really stressful job and the late nights are doing nothing to help me out through the day!! Can someone help me, any tips on what I should be doing? Thanks xx

I was wondering whether in addition to healthy eating and exercise, Pure Hoodia might be able to curb hunger?? I already eat quite healthily, but I tend to eat too much!!! Has anyone tried it, did it work and would you recommend it to anyone? Thanks!!!

My friend has asked me to have a feel of her stomach as she said she can feel movements like a baby in her stomach. She has had several negative pregnancy tests but is still suspicious that she might be. I told her that I would have a go at feeling but really I dont know what Im feeling for!!! Duh..........
