I moved into a new house, outside I noticed a huge, thick, unusual shaped spider web with a large funnel going down the center to the ground from the top of a stair case. On a screen window someone spray painted a black widow spider to kill it.

inside the house I have been finding many small male baby black widow spiders in the kitchen area till I moved furniture and found a small web in the corner of the room with a baby female black widow and killed it.

This concerns me since I clean a lot, sweep everyday and mop floors, and I have a 2 year old in the house.

The floors are wood in the living room and hallways, the kitchen has the fake tile adhesive.

I have killed 5 black widows so far inside my house, baby ones the size of BB's like in a pellet gun.

This guy comes up to me while Im at my parents house one day, says he just moved into the neighborhood, he looked normal and dressed in jeans and button up shirt. I say hi and he asks me if I know what white and black magic is because he practices it, that was a weird way to introduce himself and after that he said bye and walked away.

I thought, ok....a strange neighbor and just left to go home.

Later that day my door bell rang, he as at my door and looking inside my door window as if I know him or something. When I go to see what he wants he says really shy like that he just wants to meet nice people and get to know them. At this point Im a little skeptic of him now becuase he followed me to my house or watched me to see where I lived but, I let it go.

That day I find out from the land manager of the neighborhood that the guy I met is banned from the neighborhood from selling drugs to people and he shouldnt have been following me! So I get freaked out and worried about this guy but, I am pretty sure he wont come back since he knows hes banned.

The next evening I hear knocking on my window, thinking its my parents since they come over often I just open the door without looking out the window and its that guy! I quickly shut and lock the door and hope he leaves but instead of leaving he decides to get down on his knees and hide but, looks up at the window. I call my manager and my dad to come over and they scared him off.

Now, I am worried. A few days later I see this gy walking down the highway wearing a long black trench coat that goes to his ankles and hes wearing nothing but boxers with his coat wide open and hes pretending to fly.

Things get weirder

Today I see this guy walking down the neighborhood again in that long black trench coat but, with clothes on and hes banned from this neighborhood. He walks directly to the managers house and I call the manager to tell him.

If thats not weird enough this guy snuck up behind my sister when she was walking outside in the daylight with her kids just walking around the neighborhood and as she turned around he was right behind her and he quickly looked down and ran off like he was terrified or something.

I am worried this guy may be dangerous or a freekin retard but still dangerous

My sister saw him crouched up on a railing on his hands and feet like he thought he was some type of gargoyle or vampire

A night this guy puts dead roots and spills some type of liquid by my front door which has no odor or color.

I bought Acurel F to clear the cloudy water in my aquarium. It says add 2 drops per gallon. I did this to my 38 gallon aquarium added 2 drops 38 times and the next day its still cloudy. So I just now added 2 drops per 38 gallons again. How long does it take for this stuff to work?

I also have two filters in this tank and 1 heater. I have 1 large filter that came with the tank and 1 medium expensive filter that helps turn the water clear. The water is 80 degrees F and I have 5 tropical fish and no plants.
