My Toshiba satellite keeps freezing up and then turns to a black screen when I try to turn it on, I've tried pressing and holding down 0 as I turn it on to do a factory reset, but it won't even let me do that. I've tried to look on youtube, etc. for ways to fix this but nothing seems to help. I'd like to sell this laptop, even if for just parts but I don't want to sell it with all my info still on it, should they be able to get it up and running again, Before this, I hadn't had any problems and I've only had it 2 years. Help!

My boyfriend and I are wanting to get married, he lives in England, I of course live in the states. The only issue that we're left dealing with, is if I can legally take my 13 year old with me. Her father has only seen her twice, both time before she was 6 months old, he doesn't pay the court ordered child support, he's never shown up at any court appearances that he was required to go to, and I don't even know where lives anymore! I've read where you need a notarized letter from the non-custodial parent saying it's okay to move, etc., but the court doesn't even have an address for him anymore, all papers get for him get sent to the SRS office. I guess my point is, who the heck do I talk to? I have no idea if it's to the judge, the clerk, I can't get answers from anyone. Do i just inform the clerk of my intentions, and let them get back to me? Very confused right now.

I was pulled over after leaving a parking lot, onto a main street, and not coming to a complete stop. The officer even said to me that even though there was no stop sign, by law I should have still stopped. I looked both ways, no cars were coming in my direction..I have tried looking to see if their are such laws, but can't find any...am I missing something???????

Btw, I live in Kansas.

I got a ticket for not having my license on me when I was pulled over, the ticket is strictly for not having the license...nothing else. The officer said I could pay the fine online, but that I'm still required to appear in court.......why? If I've already paid the fine?What will take place?

I'm wanting to move out of state at the end of the year, and not sure if I can just up and move with my child. Her father has only seen her twice in 11 years, both times before she was even 1 y.o. He doesn't pay any child support, even though it's court ordered. I went through SRS to get the child support, but nothing was said about custody, nor can I find anything about it in any court papers I have.

I will be contacting the courthouse to find out, but was just wondering if anyone else had been through this before. not even sure who to talk to!

I have been in the health care field long enough to know that Littmann is the best way to go, I'm just not sure which one exactly is the best one to buy..

I'm wondering if his diet could have something to do with it. Everything is organic, he takes a lot of vitamins, and supplements, and has also been taking RNA drops. He claims they make him feel better, but I've noticed, if he misses taking them, he's in an awful mood. Sometimes its not a problem (him getting, and maintaining an erection), but its very hit and miss.
