I am 16 years old and have decided to learn to skate. (Something i've been wanting to do for a while)

I have only ridden a couple of times on a friends board so I have no real experience.

I was wondering if anyone could give me a few pointers on which type of skateboard to buy as a starter board. (To learn basic tricks and skills)

I will use it for street skating and occasional Skate Park use.

Just sent back a broken Ipod touch 2nd gen, and got a new one sent by apple. When i got it after i synced for the first time there were evenly placed lines through the screen, they were purple at first but now blue. Wierd.

I tried restoring and resseting but no joy.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

It is a new Ipod touch 2nd gen and all syncing etc was normal.

Many people are searching for them, everywhere, Mars, under the table, etc. But i was wondering how many people actually believe in them? Also most people think there going to be on another planet, but if they are around then do you think there going to be on another planet or not?

I dont know why everyone's so into her, i just think she can't really sing and it allways sounds like her voice is artifficially created. No one seems to belive me here, but can anyone back me up? Or am i having hearing problems? :S

Ok i understand that people dont eat meat because alot of meat comes from abused animals, but im not sure i really get vegans. Free range eggs, milk butter, cheese and things like that arn't so bad. They are produce of animals. Not animals themselves, ok someone's going to tell me that egg's are animals and they are right, but it's been proven that they feel no pain and they are hardly abused.

Any vegans or others out there that can give me a good reason while people are like this and what they do to supplement the minerals vitamins and iron ect, that they miss from meat and dairy?

I had some cheesecake earlier, it looks weird and i just wondered if anyone knows what its made of because it's obviously not the same ingredience of a normal cake. I wonder whats in it?
