Does anyone know if there's a place that enforces restitution in their legal system?
I've been watching various cop programs and I keep seeing people steal cars, trash them, and get relatively small fines and points on their licences. I've just been wondering if there's a place where they actually punish people by making them repay every penny of the damage they caused?
