  • Speedometer/odometer sproadically works.....why?

    I have a 1996 honda accord V6 ex with about 175,000 miles. for the past 6 months the speedometer/odometer works sporadically. it may work when starting the car; it may not. it may sat working in the middle of driving; it may not work for days. Should i check the VSS sensor, instrument cluster, other? FYI the RPM reads fine.

  • My minivan brakes slow under heavy braking. What could be causing it? See details. Thx.?

    2000 Crystler Town and Country, V6 3.8L, disc brakes front, drum brakes back. 130K miles: My minivan's brakes goes to the floorboard under heavy braking. The van slows but not decelerate nearly the deceleration rate it should. I really have to watch my distance in traffic. I replaced the front disc brakes but do not know how to even check the rear drum brakes. I plan to have them replaced in a month or less. Should I: bleed the brake lines, check booster, panic, other? Any help is appreciated. Thx.
