So, i was playing this Skyrim: Dragonborn DLC and i read a black book called "The swallow regent" so i got to the end and when i got back out of the book it was like i was poisoned, my health would keep draining to death and it wont stop even if i kept using heal for hours and when i die it reloads my save to the point i got out of the book, so i'm kinda stuck. any help? my save is all pimped

while playing battlefield 3 online i noticed that some things such as shadows, rocks , trees, bla bla blah... they only appear when i get closer to them. as i walk or run through a map, i clearly see some rocks in the ground spawning, also big rocks and trees, shadows of houses... that ****.
