The following line of code is giving me "Run-Time Error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument."
foundString = InStr(start, events(i), CODE_TAG_LEFT, vbBinaryCompare)
foundString is an integer, start is an integer (in this case it is equal to zero), events() is a string array, and CODE_TAG_LEFT is a const string. If anyone could point out what my error is, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have several versions of Microsoft Excel on my PC. One of them is a full version and works 100%, but one of the others was a preinstalled trial version and does not work any more. I need to change the default program that .xls files open with to the full version. I already tried going to tools >> folder options and changing the .xls file extention to open with the correct one, but this is not working. It just brings up the trial version again. I would appreciate any help. (I use Windows XP btw)

I just finished installing and hooking up a HP LaserJet 3100 printer to my PC. Unfortunately, the ink in the cartridge is dried out and documents are not printing correctly. Is there a way I can get the ink to become, well, undried? I would hate to have to throw away the ink cartridge since it is full.
