I genuinely enjoy helping people think things through and my favorite questions to answer are the ones when people are just trying to figure it all out. Sometimes I stoop and answer questions that shouldn't be answered but my radar is improving. I love it when I understand someone and can help them either garner a little courage, or stand up for themselves, or do the right thing. Those things make me happy in my non-cyber life (having courage, standing up for myself or someone else when appropriate, and doing the right thing) and if I can help point people in a happy direction? That is most definitely a bonus. =)

  • Does anyone know the impact of injury on a tattoo?

My daughter sincerely wondered about this when she saw a man with tattoos riding a motorcycle. I honestly couldn't answer her and appeal to those who may have more knowledge. If someone gets a bad scrape does the tatto stay in tact after the scab heals or is the design altered?

  • Are amazing teenaged girls intimidating to teenage guys?

I work with youth and I've met amazing kiddos both girls and guys. I scratch my head that the most stellar girls (older teens --- cute, above average athletes, above average intelligence, musically talented, and above average KINDNESS) report being dateless. I've seen some of these girls be a little vulnerable...not stupid throw their future away kind of vulnerable...just sad that they haven't been asked out vulnerable. It leaves them feeling ugly when they really are not.

Girls of lesser looks and abilities are dating like crazy.

I know I've actually answered a gazillion of these kinds of questions (and answered well) and I do believe the boys to be mostly intimidated. But here's another question...

Do boys mind being asked out?

And if so...what is the best way that I could encourage these girls to approach it.

    Should they ask directly?

I don't mean for someone to be their boyfriend...I mean to go on a date.

Do guys mind being asked out on a first date??? If you are guys (16-19) What kind of group dates would you like to be asked on...or would you prefer one on one (wholesome ideas. please.) dates.

    Ideas?
