My acer laptop computer, with a WD Caviar Blue harddrive is stalling randomly for no reason.

Whiler windows is doing it's "per-second-hdd-short-access" thing, the harddrive kept on parking and unparking it's head and at times its parking took more than 2 seconds and windows hangs (i mean mouse cant even move) and resumes after that. And while im typing this, it stalls again and is very annoying.

Should I worry about the harrdrive failing? The harrdrive doesn't seem to be failing at all, SMART data says ok to everything, and not a click-of-death was heard, except for the stupid parking and unparking mechanism.

what are the security concerns regarding false time synchronization?

windows doesn't want to want to update my time when my date is incorrect, and says that it is because of security concerns.. what is it?

My sis was hijacking the whole broadband bandwidth by downloading her ******* noobish manga vids. So i was thinking bout sabotaging the ADSL connection by picking up the phone downstairs whithout installing the low pass filter.

One thing for sure noise came out from the phone for a while, then the noise dissapeared, and for a sec i thought already disabled the whole communication of the modem.

But the weird thing happened, the modem resynchronized and the noise came back and the internet connection was reastablished again (****). I tried blowing into the phone to cripple the connection again but to no avail the connection was still staying strong, i even tried playing 20khz tracks thru my mp3 to the phone but, nothing happens.

LOL, i thought ADSL is a whimp and is easily disconnected even with the slightest noise, but i was proven wrong.. what happened actually

I used easy video downloader to download youtube videos but i get blank videos when i used WMP11 to play it.The format is avi and i tried other avi videos it worked fine.Its not a video that is all black but WMP cant even play it,then it only plays the audio of the video. or can anyone introduce me to other PRoPER youtube downloader.....?

whenever i tried to open the youtube website i got this crap popping up toking bout YouTube being banned in a window. Then it closes any application that access youtube (mozilla, cmd propmt, IE anything) . Virus?ran it with avast.

i live in asia and i have a centrino solo 2ghz ati x700 1gb ram laptop and im using a wifi router through a 3G ip. cant change ip cuz im still 11 and parents get nuts if i do so.so any tweaks can help?
