  • Is it too early to look at other options?

    My DH and I have been officially trying for about 6 months. He has a very low sperm count, and I only have use of my left ovary. He is 30 and I'm 28. I'm wondering if seeing a fertility specialist is an option, or do we have to keep trying on our own for another 6 months? He is seeing a RE, and I plan on asking her the same question at his next appointment. In the meantime I'm just looking for some opinions. Also, I've had one confirmed chemical pregnancy, and one suspected chemical pregnancy.

  • Feeling pregnant, but the timing seems wrong?

    At the beginning of the month, I was certain I was pregnant. I needed surgery to remove an ovarian fibroma, and at the time they couldn't confirm pregnancy with a urine test, so went ahead with the surgery. (it was VERY early in the pregnancy) That evening I started spotting, and had a light period two days later. I stopped feeling pregnant for a while, but the last couple of days I've been nauseous and thrown up, been extremely tired, and had an increased sense of smell. The odd thing is, I should have just ovulated on Saturday. Could I still have been pregnant from before, or ovulated at an odd time? I know I should just take a test, but thought I'd get some opinions first.

  • Do you think I might have been pregnant?

    A couple of months ago I was very tired nauseous, and had very sore boobs the week before my period. Then I had a VERY light VERY short period. It only lasted for three days when normally it is 6-7. The week and a half following I continued to be nauseous and tired. I took an HPT, but it was negative. Does this sound like I might have been pregnant and lost it before the levels of HCG were detectable?

  • Speedometer off on an 89 Ford Ranger?

    Just picked this car up last night. The speedometer is reading 10 mph faster than the car is actually traveling. (at least over 30mph) Any ideas on what is causing this, and how I would go about fixing it?

  • Fear of talking on the phone?

    Does anyone else have a fear of talking on the phone?

    I don't have any problem talking face to face with people, or even speaking in front of large groups, but for some reason, talking on the phone makes me uneasy. Especially if I have to call someone else. I find myself putting it off as long as I can. (or going to see who ever I need to speak with in person if they are in my office)

    Does anyone have any ideas on where this fear might come from and what I can do to get over it?
