  • Return excess postange stamps?

I bought 85 cent postage stamps to mail over sized envelopes.

I ended up with 20 extra - that is over 15$ that I won't use.

Has anyone ever been able to return excess to the United States post office?

  • Numbness after trauma?

I was in a pretty severe car accident on Saturday. My shoulder broke the window as the car hit the pavement. (My shoulder/window/pavement.

Somehow it didn't break the shoulder, however, the skin is really 'chewed up'. Several gouges and a hundred cuts and scrapes.

What concerns me is that the area is still numb to a large degree.

Is this normal and how long does it last? I do have a call in to the physician, just curious to know what others have experienced.

  • Coast Guard and ADHD?

My son has wanted to join the Coast Guard since he was a little boy. He is medicated for ADHD - does that disqualify him for any level of service?

I am looking for answers specific to the Coast Guard.

  • Where does one get a lift for a shoe made?

The chiropractor put one in my shoe and my hip and knee pains are all but gone. However, this one is very flimsy and I need to have something more substantial and i would think two or three kinds for different shoes.

Any ideas? Oh, and does insurance cover it?

  • Change in refund date?

Anyone else have a given date on the IRS website change?

Mie was originally Feb 19th. Today it says it will not be mailed until the 22nd. It was accepted on the 5th. I can't remember ever having such delays.
