my doggie is 18 mths old, he is a great, loving dog.. hes so smart, he sits, shakes hands etc. but he barks at anything that moves in the front yard and runs up and down the hall way to change windows in the house to get a better view of whatever it is. he scratches the window and recently he bites us if we try to move him away. we have been doing time out in the laundry so far.

he loves to cuddle and when he is comfy on your lap and you want to move he growls and if you dont heed the growl he will bite or pretend to bite. he used to just growl but the biting is recent.

he has been cocking his leg in the bathroom, on the mat and in the kitchen. so for that we put him out the backyard, my partner holds his nose to it first then puts him out.

PS- In the last 6 weeks his diet has changed drastically, the vet is trying to work out what he is allergic to by food elimination. his new diet is very bland and no more treats (his ears and feet get really itchy)

advice??

why is it more "acceptable" or "cool" for a guy to have it off with two chicks rather than a chick with two guys?

chicks are portrayed sexier when involved in threesomes but

for two guys involved with one woman it is seen as more sordid.

my devoted man would never go for the idea of another man in the bed, but another woman?...he would love it like most men.

i also have to mention the thing where girls pash each other to get boys attention in high school! (i never did it but i heard about it!)

why does a mans pleasure and desires override a womans?

My vet says he has luxating patella in both back legs but only the right needs surgery now. I have been quoted $600 in the past by our old vet who I dislke, this new quote is $1400 and I really like my new vet but they appear to be over the top and lots more expensive! Has anyone had a dog with same problem? What did you do? Should i get a second quote? Ive been advised to do the surgery asap before arthritis sets in but hes so young!
