Is a seller on Ebay allowed to post his or her item as a no reserve then change it before the auction ends? An item says no reserve (and has all weeek). But today the seller updated, and said that their is a reserve, he wont take less than $8000.

The statues still says no reserve, he just said it in an update. And when the auction started, somone asked the question.."what is the reserv?" and he clearly said " there is no reserve"..........so is he allowed to change it after saying all that?

I have the chance to buy a 2006 Yamaha R1, its worth about $9,000. I can get it for around $3,000. Because it is the racing addition, it does not have a tittle. Didn't need one, it was for the track only. I plan on switching everything out on it, so i can make it street legal.

Is there a way to get a tittle for this bike since it never had one. There is a vin # on the bike, but the owner said it came form another wrecked bike...something having to do with racing association requiring vin #..

I am looking to buy a CBR 1000 or an R1 and I want to know how much the dealer actually paid for the bike. Is there a website i can go to, that will tell me these things. I know about kelly bule book...is there any others? It will help me with talking sells man down in price.

I want to buy an X-box 360 on ebay, the seller says it is in working conditions and hasn't been used much. That all parts work. He says no refuns or returns, what happens if i buy this item and it doesn't work? Will ebay refund me, or make him refund me? Because he would of falsly listed his item as working and in good condition, when it really wasn't. Isn't there some kinda rull/law on that..to list a broken item as working and sell it.
