I'm losing my sporty,thin body.. Unable to work out cuz i'm sick =(?
i used to exercise each and everyday for at least 45 minutes.and because of working out, my body became strong and thin.I felt so self-confident cuz everybody said my body looks like an athlete's (even though i'm only 5' 1" tall ) but because of my exams and competitions i REALLY HAD to give up 2 or 3 months ago.now i'm quiet free but down with fever. when i get rid of fever my competitions and exams will have started again :'( i can feel that i'm chubbier now and less strong. i used to run for 45 mins but now i might not be able even to run for 15 mins.
i still keep my diet healthy but it doesn't help..
i'd be so thanful if someone can help me out..
btw i'm a 15-year-old girl.. and i weigh 46 kgs

i was kinda chubby when i was small but as i grew up,i started working out and now i'm not chubby.. (my height is 5' 1" and my weight is 45 kgs.. i'm not chubby right? )
i used to jog for 45 minutes or swim for 2 hours or do some tiffany-rothe workouts each day..
but now my exams r really close and i really need to focus on my studies so i won't have much time to workout.. maybe only 2/3 days per week.. only for 20/30 minutes..
i wanna know if i will be chubby again if i decrease the time of exercising..

I'm a 15-years-old girl..i have been drinking more and more water in the last three weeks..i mean.. i feel really thirsty ALWAYS..even at night. so i'm drinking too much water everyday.. and i've heard that it's a sign of diabetes. do u think it means that i might have diabetes?
i weigh 45 kgs and i exercise 5 or 6 days a week.and i never eat junk food.
i was thinking that my lifestyle is pretty healthy so i would never have diabetes. can someone please help me???. i really don't know about diabetes and i'm so scared :S :'(

i'm a 15 yrs old girl. my height is 155 cm and my weight is 45 kg.i've been kinda chubby until i started to exercise and learnt how to eat healthily.but now i'm happy with my weight =)
although i've been limiting my calorie intake in some ways(avoiding Mcdonalds,not eating candy) ,i have never been dieting. i mean i never skip my meals and i eat lots of fruits and vegetables followed by whole grains.
but.. my parents say that my growth seems to be slowed down maybe because the amount of calories i'm taking might not be enough.(i know some people say that exercising or eating more never helps to grow taller but i don't know if it's true)
so i wanna know how to get taller without being chubby again. thanks a lot.
