So it's May 28th, and it's HOT outside in New York. In my bedroom, I've always had this problem: heat never leaves the room no matter what I seem to do. We don't have an air conditioner at all, and even though we're in NY, most people around us seem to have one. So every summer I'm stuck wondering how to cool down this one room in the house. Nothing seems to ventilate properly EVER and the temperature just keeps increasing.

Currently I'm not actually attempting to cool the actual air temperature anymore - I've just resorted to use fans and be forced to sit in front of them. Last night it got to 62 degrees. When I open the windows, the air does not leave the room. When I walk up to it, I can stick my hand up next to the window. Moving my hand 3 inches away from the window it's very hot, and moving it past a certain "line" it becomes nice and cool. However, none of this cool outside air can seem to go inside the room, yet everywhere else in the house it's just fine.

Right now it's actually starting to make me angry and uncomfortable. It's 85.6 degrees outside and it's 91 in my bedroom, yet the rest of the house AND a bedroom ten feet from mine are about ten degrees lower. I understand that you can also force the air to come in with a fan in the window, but the only one we had is now broken. No matter what I seem to do, nothing works. I don't even have that many heat sources in this room.

I'm 14 and can't buy an AC. What can I do?

I ordered two packages on Amazon Prime, they were both supposed to arrive today. One of them did, but the other did some really weird things. First, it said "Out for Delivery" at 6:03 AM, which normally means it is out on a truck and will be at your front door shortly. However, eight minutes later, it said "Acceptance" and then "Arrived at Hub" which is where the truck just apparently left from. So, I really didn't know what happened there. But, I waited. At about 2:30, the other package arrived, and I assumed the other would arrive at the same time. However, it didn't. About 15 minutes after that, the one that wasn't delivered said "Receptacle Blocked". The mail box wasn't blocked, it wasn't jammed shut, there was nothing stopping them from bringing it to the front door... it's also to the correct address. There was also no notice left, like there is supposed to be, because the person never even went by the house with the package. What's going on?

Now it annoys me when people do this and ask questions like this on Yahoo Answers, but there's a song that was popular back in 2012/11, and it starts with some upbeat piano music. A woman starts to sing after that. Kind of broad, I know! The thing is, I know the whole song with the pitches in my head, but for some reason CANNOT FIGURE out ANY of the lyrics! So if someone could help and like, link a YouTube video to anything that fits this, that would be amazing! Any help appreciated.

I woke up this morning with diarrhea, and I just kept going to the bathroom. Eventually, I threw up what was undigested blueberries after the diarrhea phase. That made me feel a lot better, and after a few hours of resting blueberry juice came up behind it. The strange thing about this is how I have no pain or stomachache whatsoever, and no fever at all. Also, after vomiting the first time the diarrhea subsided and it still is subsided now. I am feeling better, but do you think I'll throw up again? If I do, should I go to the doctor? I think it's just my body ridding itself of high fiber blueberries I didn't chew correctly. My question is, is there anything other than the ridding of the blueberries I should be concerned about? I was in a closed garage with a running pickup for about a minute but I held my breath most of the time. The truck DOES have a working catalytic converter. It is 2 hours later and have no symptoms at all but am still concerned. Should I be concerned?

Ok, so I have an HP 2000 Notebook PC. It has an Intel i3 core at 2.40 GhZ. I have a 64 bit operating system and an x64 based processor. I have 4 GB of RAM. So if I want to upgrade my RAM, do I have an extra slot in this laptop? I'm also guessing you can take the old RAM out and put in a new one but that's not my point. I need quite a bit of RAM so I can run my Elgato Game Capture HD on this, while maybe watching YouTube and browsing, and 4 GB isn't enough. I don't think it lags up because of CPU problems, because I checked the Task Manager. Under task manager is the "Disk" column the RAM capacity used or a different one? Can I bring in the laptop to best buy so they could put in RAM? Lastly, how much would this all cost? If Best Buy needs to send out my laptop, how long would it take to get it back? Ok, this is a weird question, but does anyone know what that sound is in the first 2 seconds of Dark Horse by Katy Perry? It sounds like a little kid saying "Oh, nooooo!...." in it's 6 year old voice. Does anyone know what this is?

When I do multiple speed tests to the same server, my ping is hovering around 50 ms. Why would it be doing this? I have a perfect connection to my ISP's towers which is Line of Sight. But when playing games like MW3 I get the dreaded 3 bar. Why is the ping high and how can I lower it?

P.S. Some of you may not think the ping is high, but I want more around the 10 - 30 ms range. I also use a CaT5 Ethernet cable to my Xbox, so that isn't a problem.

When I sign in on Xbox Live, I see my gamertag and gamer picture. Then to the right of them, I see three letters in gray: "HDD" (without the quotes) I have seen different combos of 3 letters on other people's xbox's. What does this mean? It has never changed.

I recently contacted my ISP, and we have HORRIBLE bandwidth when we are paying for high speed wireless. I called them for like the fifth time, and they said do speed tests with it hard wired with an Ethernet cable. And duh, it was faster! But, that serves one device in the house, not the rest. So then, they said to buy a better router. So I need to go buy a "better" router, even though the one we have is the one they GAVE to us! So, the question is that is it possible that we will get faster download and upload speeds with a more modern, expensive router?

I have a local internet provider called Clarity Connect, and I live in upstate New York. They said it was "high speed wireless internet"... I think not - http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3140354652

That is a link that should show my Ookla Speed Test results. If it doesn't show, I have a ping time of 54 ms, a download speed of 2.30 Mb/s (really???) and an upload speed of 0.90 Mb/s. The upload speed is like, amazingly slow, it takes FOREVER to load YouTube, and even sometimes general webpages, even Google! But for some reason, when I go into the Network and Sharing center to see what it says there, it says I have a *decent* speed of 65.0 Mb/s. Why does the Ookla Speed test give a way slower number? This is a problem for me because I like to play FPS games on line with friends, and it's obviously not working well. What do I tell Clarity Connect's support team? Is there any way for them to possibly give me better bandwidth? All help is appreciated.

This is a kind of odd question, but I have a big time Instagram account. Recently, I started doing shoutouts. Not a ridiculous excessive amount, only to the people who ask for them. After I did some, I think others got "jealous". I was threatened to be reported for posting shoutouts? People want them! And how is this harming you in any way? They started spamming me with comments - your account has this, you waste your time on that. So, you get the scenario. What I really want to know is can anybody do anything to me for doing shoutouts for someone? (If you don't know what this is, it's a picture of someone's profile, and telling your followers to follow them).Help!

I'm sick of this friend texting me, and I want to give them the impression that they were blocked. Don't tell my that I need to express my feelings, tell them how I feel, or anything along those lines. I just would like a message that I can send via text message that will make them think they were actually blocked.
