  • Hyper awareness of thoughts?

    For a few months or so I have had a condition where I am constantly thinking about my own thoughts. Instead of having my imagination flow naturally as it used to, I feel like I'm always inside my own head and have to put in effort to create the next thought. I cannot distract myself from it and it is making me depressed. I wanted to know if anyone else feels like this.
