My girlfriend hates that i smoke pot and she thinks i quit but i still do it, what is the best way to hide it from her or covering up the smell? I smoked earlier and I am nervous she might smell it later on me?

so my girl's ex still wants to hang out with my girl. he wants to have lunch. my girl says that she hates him and thinks he is stupid. but she will still go to lunch with him. she doesnt go all the time but does go maybe once every 4 months. should i be worried or not? i trust her i just dont trust him. I treated her better and have better looks. why would she still want to go to lunch with him?
