I'm supposed to design and perform a lab for a bio project. It can be on absolutely anything related to biology. There are so many options, I don't even know where to start. Any suggestions?

I've been working on this problem for two days now and have amassed five pages of useless calculations; I simply cannot figure it out. Could someone please help me?

Pile A has 7 large squares and 3 small ones. Pile B has 5 squares of each size.

The total area of the squares in pile A exceeds that of pile B by 50 in2.

If the sides of both squares are integers, how much longer

is a side of the larger square than a side of the smaller square?

In science class we are learning about phase changes. I know the formula is Q = mCp∆t, but I'm having trouble rearranging the formula to find the initial temperature. If the mass is 50 grams, Cp is 1 because it's water, Q is 4130, and the temperature was raised to 50˚C, then how do I find the initial heat? thanks much :)

I have an assignment where I need to describe an image by showing the reader rather than telling them. For example, instead of saying, "The child needs a nap," I would have to say, "Her sleepy brown eyes hardened into red-rimmed slits." The problem is I am experiencing a little bit of writer's block. I posted a status on facebook a few weeks ago, but a few hours later I deleted it. Now I can't remember it, so is there any way I could see what it was?

I have a nook and I downloaded a lot of books on it, but i want to get rid of some now because I've read them already, or they're just samples, or something like that. I know the nook can hold thousands of books so free space is not really an issue, but they're just cluttering up my library and I feel like it would be more convenient to get rid of them. Does anyone know how to do this?
