1 AnswerOther - Entertainment8 years agomotivation letter...please check?
I'm writing this motivation letter for an exchange program..
If you could help improve it in any way, your help is highly appreciated
Dear ______,
I am a ____ year medical student at _____ University in _____. I would like to apply for a four weeks exchange program at American University of Beirut in pediatrics department.
During the past 4 years, I have studied basic science courses, nutrition, statistics, case-based problems and have also done a research project on.
I have always wanted to go on an exchange program and have a look at the medical world in a country other than mine. Health care systems, medical education and patient care differ considerably from one country to another and I would like to learn more about how they are in Lebanon. I am very excited to go to Lebanon. I have chosen Lebanon because the students who went there in the previous years, have spoken very highly of it.
I would like to gain new skills and knowledge during my exchange period, especially in the pediatric field. I heard that the American university of Beirut is one of the best universities in Lebanon and therefore, I would like to learn from the doctors and the students in the university. I am very interested in caring and helping children. I enjoy spending time with them and brining smiles to their faces is one of the best moments I could have. There is a quote that says “I brought children into this dark world because it needed the light that only a child can bring”.
In addition to all the knowledge and practice that I will learn, I will be able to meet new people coming from all around the world.
I have visited Lebanon before but for a very short period of time. Lebanon in general and Beirut in specific has a very diverse and interesting culture that I want to learn more about. I am very eager to return this summer.
I hope to hear from you in the near future.
Yours sincerely,
1 AnswerLanguages9 years agoSuggestions please..new committee name?
We are initiating a new committee in my university..it has been founded in many other countries around the world under the name "Standing Committee on human Rights and Peace" SCORP.
The committee has nothing to do with human rights, it's all about helping people in need..whether it's disabled children. abused children or poor people..
Do you have any suggestions for a new name?? The "RP" in "SCORP" can be changed but the "SCO" has to be there..
so it's standing committee on .................
Your help is highly appreciated

lock your door when you want to pray and make any excuse for them for locking the door. If you are fasting and your parents want to have breakfast with you tell them you had it a little while ago (you won't be lying because you will eat suhoor) and as for lunch you could go to your friend's house.
I know it's going to be very hard on you but Allah will reward you insha'allah.
If you want any help l'll be happy to help you.
May Allah be with you and help you
