A woman sings it, and a few of the lyrics from the chorus are 'oh, this is how it starts, lightening strikes the heart' I hear it all the time, and I love it. So any ideas?

ive been using this Hair Insurance spray from Aussie for awhile, but its really more of a leave in conditioner than any protection. So, my question is: what kind of heat protection do you you on your hair? I dont want anything too expensive, im on kinda a tight budget. but I am willing to splurge a little.

if it makes any difference at all, my hair is thick and about sholder length (although im growing it out). I use heat on it almost every day, so I need something very strong and effective.

so, any suggestions would be so appreciated! :D

I have an older Kia, and its okay for the most part, but I'm thinking about buying a scooter or moped (are they the same thing? i honestly haven't done too much research). One of the primary reasons is, of course, gas prices. A smaller thing to get around on would be perfect for me, since most of the time its only me in my car, and I hardly ever have too much baggage.

So, my question is, what is the most reliable scooter or moped for under $1000? I just would like some opinions on what brand names you feel are best, and what models to look at the most. I'm not going to be selling my car, because I would still need it for rainy days and such. I've looked around a little, and I think that $1000 would be an acceptable price for something smaller. I don't need too much power, because I wont be driving it on the highway. I would like a gas powered one, instead of an electric.

So, your opinions and/or experiences on this would be greatly appreciated. And if you think $1000 is too low of a price for me to set, then what do you think my limit should be?

I just moved into a new house, and I have a little extra junk that I don't want to throw out, but I don't necessarily want to display either. So im looking for some storage boxes that I can stack up on the shelves in my closet.

I need then to be a little bigger, but not to large. And if i had some in colors that would be nice, since my closet doors are almost always open, so the boxes would be showing a lot.

ive already sort-of asked this question before, but im looking for an updo for my formal. My hair is thick and medium length (about to my shoulders) with side bangs.

I'm looking for something simple. Nothing with tons of twists and bobby-pins. My hair is straight, but has a good natural volume and shine to it that i want to play up a bit. it holds curls well.

So maybe a style with some whispy-looking curls in it? Im not against using bobby-pins and/or clips a little, i just don't want anything too crazy, because i'm going to be dancing--and I don't want to have to make a million trips to the bathroom to so damage control if things fall out of place.

i want to do my hair a little different than normal for a formal, but i'm in the middle of growing out my hair. I have a lot of layers in it, so getting it to stay up in ponytails is a hassle. I'm looking for ideas for an updo that is low maintenance, classy, but still a little more formal looking.

My hair is a brown color, with a lot of auburn red in it. its very thick, and almost completely straight, although curls stay in it well.

I'm an aspiring author, and am in the middle of outlining a novel. Basically in the beginning of it, pretty much before the story really starts, the main character's parents pass away in a tragic accident.

The book is going to be mostly in the point of view of a teenage girl (between ages 16 and 18-i haven't decided yet. like i said, i'm still outlining.) and she is an only child.

The problem is me, having never lost a parent-or anybody excessively close to me-I'm not quite sure of the specific troubles one would go through when loosing a loved one as important to them as a parent.

So basically what I'm asking for is some advice from anyone that might know what i'm talking about going through (if your comfortable talking about it..i know it could be a tender subject) and help me just to hammer out some of the finer details that will take place in my book. I'm not really asking for anything specific; just generally some of the more common thought processes and feelings a teenage girl (or boy) would go through in this situation, and what they might do to overcome it and move on.
