I am looking at going on a raw food diet, mainly just be be healthy and for a little bit of weight loss!

I love veg and love the idea of everything having all its nutrients and crunch! I am not, however, willing to ge vegetarian! I love meat. I've looked at some raw meat recipies and they all recommend like really high quality meat. I'm a student and cant afford that!

Does anyone have experience with raw food diets?

Would supermarket meat be ok?

Or is there some recipies that involve minimal cooking, just to kill the germs?

Its just my right eye. I am havign to wipe away "sleep" very often. I don't live in a dusty area or anything like that and it is just the one eye.

Any idea of what could be causing it?

I'm simply curious as to peoples reasons behind this diet choice

I've had very slight ear pain for the last few days, extending down my jaw line. There has also been a little pus discharge but only a little in the mornings. I have slight dizziness and general "away with the faries" feeling! Getting to the doctors is really awkward where I live so I wanted to make sure I wasn't being paranoid!

I have a netbook which I bought a couple of years ago. I hardly use it for the reason that its incredibly slow! Impossible to do anything on at all as it just freezes. The operating system it has is Windows starter.

Would an upgrade to windows 7 fix this problem or would there be more underlying reasons?

Can someone identify these plants? I only need common names :) All 3 plants where sampled in Stirling, Scotland on grassland adjacent to woodland if that assists in any way. I guess the first link is some kind of moss? Thanks!!

Been with my boyfriend for 4 months, im 18 and hes 20.

I was friends with someone for a long time but we only stayed in contact on skype and facebook.

They suddenly deleted their accounts on both these things, without warning and with no reason to stop talking to me.

I know they live in Nantes, France and I know his full name. However he still lives with his parents so his name doesnt come up in the phone directory.

How can I find him? All I need is his correct address to send him a letter or maybe a phone number.

Is there such thing as interlocking photoframes?? I mean like 2 seperate frames that stand on their own and can be connected together in some way?
