Is it harder for a skinny person to gain weight than it is for a fat person to loose weight?

I recently went on holiday with my friend.There was this boy there who i really fancied and my family know his family.It was all going really well and we flirted and started to get close but then on the last day of the holiday he kissed my friend and because i was angry i kissed his friend.I know thats so bad and it makes me sound childish but i was hurt.After,i could tell he was hurt and upset because he kept asking questions about how i felt and if it meant anything to me and looking at me and locking eyes.But doesnt he realise he hurt me too?I am going back there and am not taking my friend because she knew how i felt and betrayed me but what will i do when i see him,what will we talk about?I still like him but i dont know if i will trust him or if he kisses me he will think of my friend:(. Help me how should i act around him to not make it awckward and should i forgive him??!
