I just got a Savage Model 110 .30-06, a week or so ago. I've looked around and can't find any info about the age of the rifle. It's driving me nuts. I like knowing the age of all my firearms. The serial number starts with F25xxxx. Any help on finding out the age of my rifle would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I have a Ruger Old Model Single Six 22LR/22Mag, that was made in 1960. I'm just curious at what age does a gun become an antique.

I use a Savage Model 12FLV .22-250, with a Leupold Rifleman 3-9x40mm for coyote hunting.

My cousin just found out that he got a tag for a cow elk, in Wyoming. He is wanting to know, where some good spots to hunt in Northest Wy. are. He's wants to hunt in the Gillette, Wy. area.

Any ideas would be good. He lives in Nevada, so he's a little stumped as to where to look. His soon to be inlaws, live in Northeast Wy. But they just moved back there not long ago. They too are trying to help my cousin look for an area to hunt cow elk.

Anyone know of an area in Northeast Wyomong, for cow elk hunting?

I've been having issues with my Logitech Quick Cam, for some time now. I think now, it finally took a dump.

I have 4 USB ports on the back of the computer and 2 in the front. I've tried plugging the cam into each one and ended with the same results each time.

It keeps saying.......

- USB Device Not Recognized : One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfuntioned and Windows does not recognize it.

- Recommendation : Try reconnecting the device. If Windows still does not recognize it. Replace the device.

I did has it told me, with no luck. The webcam is the only device that Windows does not recognize. Windows does recognize my Sony Cyber Shot Digital camera, each time I upload pictures and videos from it.

I used the Logitech Quick cam for Yahoo Messenger, Oohya Chat, Pal Talk and MSN.....Each time the cam crashed. It did work for Webdate.com, when I first bought the web cam.

Is the cam done for or is there something wrong with the USB ports?

Its in really great shape. Hardly any markings on it. It has a synthetic stock. Leupold scope mounted.

A friend is trying to sell it. He thinks its worth at least $800. I doubt that much.

Okay, I'm not the one getting married. Its my Cousin and his Girlfriend. They are planning a late May/ early June Wedding in the Caldwell/Nampa-Boise area. They are having a tough time finding a place that would suite there needs. A lot of places they have looked at have restrictions on how late they can stay and the no booze rule. They want to be married outdoors, have the option to stay late and be able to drink alcohol. Current plans are to have at least 170 guest. The bride to be is getting stressed over this. So I offered to try and help, by asking on here.

They are wanting to look at the "Ste. Chapelle Winery" in Caldwell as a possible location of the wedding. What can anyone tell us about this location? Or are there any locations like it in the same area?

Molson Coors, SABMiller Combine U.S. Operations: The makers of Coors and Miller Lite plan to combine their U.S. brewing operations in an effort to compete better against industry leader Anheuser-Busch. The joint venture announced Tuesday will be known as MillerCoors and will have responsibility for selling brands including Miller Lite, Miller Genuine Draft, Coors, Coors Light and Molson Canadian in the U.S. Anheuser-Busch Cos. accounts for about half of the U.S. market with brands such as Budweiser, Michelob and Bud Light. SABMiller PLC will have a 58% economic interest in the venture and MolsonCoors Brewing Co. will own 42% of the new company. They will have equal voting interests, however. The joint venture will also result in cost savings of $500 million, the companies said. That savings will mainly come from reducing shipping distances, finding economies of scale in brewing operations, optimizing production and eliminating duplicate corporate and marketing services.

Under the terms of the agreement, the companies said they will conduct all of their U.S. business exclusively through the venture. I want to get a semi auto rimfire handgun. I want to be able to mount a scope on it too. I'll be using it to hunt rabbits or just plinking. I've been looking at some in the 98th Edition of "Shooter's Bible"

What scope mounts would be needed if it can be done?

I'm looking for a 12 gauge shotgun. I had a Mossberg 500 with a 28inch barrel. I wasn't happy with the recoil. I felt it had more kick than my Remington Woodmaster Model 742 30-06 does. Is there a shotgun made that has little recoil, that cost no more than $250?(pump action or semi, I do know semi auto tend to be more pricey. But just wondering if there are semis in that price range too)

Would a Benelli Nova cost that much?

I shot my cousins Nova, it seemed to me that it had way less recoil than my Mossberg did.

I want to get back into fishing. Haven't done it since I was a kid in Idaho.(And miss it dearly, I was pretty good at it.) Now living in Nevada. I know some spots in my area that have bass and trout. And I what to go back to Idaho and fish the Snake River for Catfish.

How long of a fishing rod do I need?

Here's what I know about the gun....Its stainless, 6.5 inch barrell, shoots both 22lr and 22mag, the wood grips are in good shape, gun shows some wear, gun was made in 1956 or 57 with low numbers. I bought the gun early this year in a gun store in Reno,NV. I paid $170 for it. The dealer had the gun in storage. I told him what I was looking for and this is one of 2 guns he showed me. I've shot this gun and shots nice. Upon learning how old it was, I've retired the gun.
