I am trying to immerse myself in Puerto Rican culture, learning the language of course. I try to watch lots of Spanish films, but I would love to find films that are specifically filmed in or about Puerto Rico. They would have to be subtitled of course.

BTW, I am visiting there in June!

In my Audio learning course, there are two words used for "some"

ex.

"Quisiera cambiar algún dinero." (I would like to change some money)

vs. "Queisiera comprar unas pesetas." (I would like to buy some pesetas)

This is an audio course that doesn't give much explanation - I'd love to hear yours! Muchas gracias!

This is for myself actually. I thought it'd be a fun way to help me learn Spanish. But I would like something that was originally written in Spanish, not a translation of Dr. Seuss or the like. (I found many such books on Amazon). Maybe something Children in spanish speaking families actually read?

I added a contact in yahoo answers so I could give them some additional information at a later time - they added me as a contact as well. Neither of our profiles allow us to be e-mailed. But you'd think that people added as contacts would have some way of contacting each other.
