Why don t NFL defensive players line up outside the offensive linemen?
What rule(s) prevent defensive linemen from lining up between the wide receiver and offensive guard rather than facing the offensive line directly? An "outside blitz" usually comes from this gap between the offensive line and the wide receiver. Are the DT s and DE s by rule forced to line up facing the offensive tackles and guards?

Do you become financially liable for anything? Do they simply cremate unclaimed corpses and bury them in potter's fields?
Note that I do not plan on doing this, I was just wondering what the legal procedure is for unclaimed bodies of patients with living relatives who might refuse to pay funerary costs and simply leave the deceased at the hospital.
