  • Did anyone have implantation bleeding what did it look like?

So we recently decided we would like to have a 3rd child. This month we had unprotected sex 3 times, the 3rd, 6th and the 20th. Yesterday the 22nd I had mild cramping that morning while trying to sleep and since my period is due this weekend I thought maybe it was coming a few days early, when I got up I went to pee and when I wiped clearish, whiteish discharge came out with a single streak of very light pink blood, so I thought okay my period will be fully coming on soon. I never had anymore blood at all yesterday or so far today. My period is due either the 25th or the 26th can't remember which day it came last month. Anyway I never had implantation bleeding with either of my first two pregnancies or at least if I did I never noticed it. Does this sound like that? I never have spotting or anything between periods. My period is almost always either the same day every month or 1-2 days earlier than the previous month. Obviously if I don't get a period by early next week I will buy a test, I was just curious about Implantation bleeding and what exactly it looks like and if this sounded like it. Thanks! And good luck to all the other Mommy and Daddy's out there trying to conceive!

  • Can Someone get a new title to a car that is signed over in someone else's name?

My mother-in-law tried to sign the title to "her" car over to us. Problem is she apparently signed it over to her now ex-boyfriend when they were dating, so she tried to scratch out his name and then write her son's name over it. Obviously this did not go through the DMV. She claims she can get a new title, but in order to get it we would have to pay off their 600+$'s in fines before she can get a pink slip. I don't believe she can get a new title since it was signed over to her ex-boyfriend?? Am I wrong. I don't want to pay the money in the first place, my boyfriend does, but I also don't want to get screwed out of 600$ when she can't get a new title. Please Help. She is from California, this is where the car is registered.

  • Braxton Hicks are coming more frequently?

I was just at my doctor's today about 4 hours ago. He said if they come every 10 minutes or if I have any mucus/bloody discharge to either call the office or go to the hospital. Because I explained to him that last night I had quite a few of them for about 2 hours time, but then I laid down and drank some water and they subsided. Up until a couple hours ago I was only have like 1 a hour now I'm having at least 6 a hour and I've been laying down relaxing for the last hour, should I give it a little more time or should I go into the hospital now? I did almost go into preterm labor with my first at 34 weeks and was given medication to stop it. I am 30 weeks and 1 day today. Anything else I can try to get these braxton hicks to calm down?

  • A lot of discharge... 28 weeks pregnant?

Is it normal to still have a lot of discharge? I've had discharge throughout my whole pregnancy, but it seems like it's increased in the last week. I have to wear a panty liner or else my underwear become very damp. It also has a slight odor, not really bad odor, not sure how to explain it, it's kind of musky smelly? Is this a cause for alarm? My doctor isn't in since it's Sunday, but should I go to the hospital to make sure it isn't anything or call my doctor in the morning? I did have a UTI in the beginning of pregnancy, but I didn't have any symptoms and only knew I had it because it came back in my urine sample... could this be another UTI, I have no symptoms other than this discharge and other then the UTI I had previously during this pregnancy, I've never had one so not sure what the normal symptoms are that I should be looking for.

  • What's some ways to deal with being home sick?

I moved for the East Coast to the West coast, almost 3,000 miles from home. I moved here for my boyfriend of 8 years. He spent 5 years in my home state and he really wanted to move back to his home state for college, so I decided that it was only fair to do this for him, as he did the same for me. Only thing is I have no family here, I mean I have his family and they are great, but they aren't my own family. We have a 4 year old together and I'm pregnant with our second child, which is making this move even the more difficult with my hormones being all over the place. I also can't find a job because I moved here when I was 18 weeks pregnant and already sporting a baby bump, so of course no one will give me a second look for a job. Which sucks because that would be a good way for me to not only feel useful and contribute to my family, but it would also allow me to meet new people, since I know no one here, but his family. I also wanted to start back up in college, but do to some circumstances I have to put it off until Spring, so basically I'm stuck. I also don't have a car at this moment, had to leave mine behind, so until I get it sold I don't have a vehicle and am stuck relying on his mom and sister for rides, which really sucks and I hate. I'm fine most days, but then there are days like today where all I think about is my family and how much I miss them and it makes me just want to cry.

Anyone ever gone through this? How did you deal with being home sick.

  • Light headed and 27 weeks and 4 days pregnant?

So I woke up this morning around 5 to go to the bathroom, soon as I got up I felt very light headed and had to hold on to the wall because I was afraid I was going to fall over. I went back to bed and chalked it up to I just got up to fast and suddenly. I woke up again at 7 am to use the bathroom and again I was light headed. I decided to chug and bottle of water and lay back down. So when I woke up again at 10 I was still light headed and I chugged another bottle of water still is not helping. I have been resting hoping for it to subside, but it isn't getting any better. It's worse when I look to the side or down at the ground. Is this normal? This is my second pregnancy, but never experienced any of this with my first, it was a very easy pregnancy. This is the first time it has happened during this pregnancy. Nothing else is going on other than what I just described. I don't know if this is normal or something I should be concerned about. I am going to be calling my doctor to see if it is cause for concern, but would like others opinions/experiences. Thanks.

** I have been having a lot of either Braxton Hicks or the baby pressing down, not sure which it is. I can't remember what Braxton Hicks felt like with my first. This feels like... My whole stomach tightening for about 30 seconds to a minute and a lot of pressure down there, almost makes me feel like I need to pee it's so much pressure.

    ** I am 27 weeks and 4 days a long.

  • Braxton Hicks Contractions..?

Okay this is my second pregnancy. I remember having braxton hicks with my daughter but not until later in my pregnancy (Around 30 weeks). I have been having braxton hicks since 22 weeks and I am now 26 weeks and they are very uncomfortable and I seem to be having them more often throughout the day. How many is too many to be having in 1 hour? Is it 4 or more and I should call my doctor or go to the hospital? I'm concerned because I remember them with my daughter and they weren't nearly as uncomfortable as these are. I've started to keep track of them as of just now. I just had one (lasted about 30 seconds).

** I went into early labor with my first pregnancy at 34 weeks and they stopped the contractions and I delivered her at 39 weeks and 2 days.

  • Did you have a baby shower with only your first child or every child?

So, I've heard some women say that you should only have a baby shower with your first child. What are your opinions on the matter?

I'm pregnant with my second (My daughter is now 4) and I'm having a little boy this time. I have nothing left from my first and most of it wouldn't of been useable as it was really girly and I'm pregnant with a little boy this time. Anyway I am having a baby shower for this one as well. I'm also living in another state close to my boyfriends family (who want to throw the shower) with my first we lived in WV where I'm from and my family threw the shower and his family wasn't able to attend because we lived so far away.

How far alone in your pregnancy are you planning to have your shower?

  • Rate these baby boy name and other BQ's.?

These are all the names I like for first names. Some I like better than others. My favorite is Liam, but my boyfriend doesn't really like it, so I'm trying to think of other names. Also, love Ryder, which my boyfriend also likes, but having a hard time finding a way to use Rhys as a middle name. So if you have any cute name suggestions please feel free.

Middle Name: Will be Rhys (After his father). But I'm considering doing 2 middle names. The other middle name options are: Scott (after my dad), William (after my Grandfather who passed away), or Wesley (after my Uncle who passed away).

BQ: Can anyone think of cute way to use Ryder as the first name and still incorporate Rhys as a middle name? Because Ryder Rhys just does not go well together by itself. (You can give me another middle name suggestion if you think it sounds cute. And can't use the middle names suggested.)

    Rate these baby boy names:

    1. Liam

    2. Aiden

    3. Zane

    4. Chase

    5. Ryder

    6. Wyatt

    7. Caleb

    8. Hayden

    9. Holden

    10. Cason

    11. Lucas

    12. Nathan

    13. Luca

    14. Austin

    15. Isaac

    16. Rylan

    17. Jace

  • When did you start gaining weight with your pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy, but it's been 5 years and I don't remember exactly when I started to gain more rapidly with my first. Up until this past week I had only gained 6lbs in 21 weeks, this last week I gained 4lbs.... That seems a bit much to me, but it could be because I am small. I seem to be mostly gaining in my stomach, my boobs have grown a little, but other then that I haven't noticed a change anywhere else. I started showing very early with this one (at 11 weeks). I lost 2lbs in the beginning of my pregnancy... I was 109 before getting pregnant, I dropped to 107lbs and I was 115 about a week or week 1/2 ago. I weighed myself today and I am an even 119lb, of course this is mid-day and not first thing in the morning, so it might be slightly off, but still I think for a week-week 1/2 max 4lbs is a bit much?

My first pregnancy I was 93lbs when I got pregnant and when I gave birth I was 137lbs. I gained 44lbs but I was told I should gain more than the 25-35lbs with that pregnancy because I was underweight.

I was wondering what are some good foods to eat, so that I don't gain too much with this one? Also, are there any safe exercises to do other than swimming or walking?

BQ: How much did or have you gained around week 22 and how much did you weigh pre-pregnancy? *You don't have to answer if you are uncomfortable with the question, just curious what others have gained that are around the same week as me.*

    Thanks.

  • Need first names to go with the middle name Rhys.... HELP.?

Okay, so my boyfriend has agreed we can name our son Liam Rhys, since I'm in love with the name Liam and already had dreams of delivering him and that was his name in the dreams. BUT he does not like the name Liam, so I am trying to see if I can find another name that I will like just as well that he will also like. The middle name has to be Rhys, that is my boyfriends name and he wants our son to carry his name. I'm not a big fan of many common names, but willing to hear any name suggestions that sound good with the middle name Rhys. Thanks.

BQ: We both loved the name Ryder, but I think it sounds awful with Rhys as the middle name, what do you think.... Ryder Rhys?

  • Exclusive Breast Pumping.. Anyone just pumping?

I'm almost 22 weeks and just looking for advice, as I plan to solely breast pump with this one. I wanted to breast feed with my first and my milk supply didn't come in to 3 days later and being a new mom I caved and went to formula and bottle feeding. Looking back I wish I had started to pump after my milk finally came in and fed her that way. I know how beneficial breast milk is, so I am planning to solely pump and bottle feed this one. Looking for advice from other mom's who have done this?

  • 10 baby boy names I really like. Rate them and tell me what you think?

So I found 10 boy names that I really like and need opinions on because my boyfriend and I are having a hard time agreeing on names. He only like 3 of the 10, so I will put a star next to those 3. Also, I have included a few different middle names. All are family names, but my boyfriend really wants his name (Rhys) to be our sons middle name, so keep in mind that will probably end up being the middle name we go with. But you are more than welcome to let me know which middle name you think sounds better with the first name. If the middle name Rhys is included in the name listed first then I like the flow it has with the first name, but if it's listed second I'm not sure if it actually would flow well, so let me know. Thanks.

    * (1.) Ryder Scott or Ryder Rhys

(2.) Jace Wesley or Jace Rhys

(3.) Lucas Scott or Lucas Rhys

(4.) Liam Rhys or Liam Wesley

    (5.) Nathan Rhys

    (6.) Austin Rhys

    * (7.) Issac Rhys or Issac Wesley

    * (8.) Zane Wesley or Zane Rhys

(9.) Ty William or Ty Rhys

(10.) Rylan Scott or Rylan Rhys

  • Anyone able to find out the sex of their baby before 20 weeks?

Just asking. I am moving and the midwives I am seeing right now scheduled me an ultrasound appointment for Tuesday, which would put me at 17 weeks and 2 days. Just wondering if anyone has found out the sex earlier than 20 weeks? I have a friend who paid to have an ultrasound done at 15 weeks and she was able to find out the sex of her baby.

  • When did you start showing with your second pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy and I started showing really early, I am 13 weeks and 3 days and have a very noticeable baby bump. Started showing at 11 1/2 weeks. Didn't show with my first pregnancy until around 16 weeks. Just wondering when others started to show with second pregnancy.

  • What do you think of these boy names?

Okay, so my boyfriend wants to keep the name "Rhys" in the family, it has been in the family for 3 generations, but in 3 different forms. His grandfather's name was Mauricio, his dad Maurice and his name is Rhys. Here are two options we've come up with so far to keep the name in the family, if we have a boy and not a girl.

    He likes: Rhys Ryder

    I like: Ryder Rhys

Also open to other boy names that can go with Rhys, we love the name Ryder. I'm just not sure if I love the flow of the two names together. What do you think?

  • PreNatal Gummy Vitamins?

I need to switch prenatal vitamins. I was at Rite Aid and saw gummy prenatal vitamins. They are vitafusion PreNatal Gummy Vitamins ( that is what it says on the bottle) I was wondering if anyone else has taken these and if they are okay to take. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday, so I am going to ask my midwife then, but I was just wondering if anyone else has taken these?

  • Prenatal Vitamins are making me sick?

This is my second pregnancy and I had no issues with my first pregnancy and I had no sickness what so ever... This pregnancy is completely different and I have nausea pretty much all day long. I started out taking my prenatal vitamins in the morning after breakfast, but noticed that after taking them I felt a lot more sick and then felt like crap the entire day, so I switched to taking them at night time before going to sleep. Now I wake up feeling very sick on my stomach. My midwife told me to stop taking them for a day or two to see if that was what was making me sick and sure enough I felt much better when not taking them, but I know they are vital to my baby's growth and health. Has anyone else had this issue, is there some other type of prenatal vitamin I can take that won't make me so sick? I go back for another visit on the 25th, but I think I'm going to end up calling before then to see if there is something else I can take. Any suggestions?
