Someone hit me a few months ago, and the car is officially junked, but the engine still runs and stuff, but, since the airbags popped, the cost of fixing it just isn't worth it. I was offered $700 for it, but I feel like it could be worth more. Any suggestions?

What's the advantage to a company giving someone an expense account, instead of a higher salary of the same amount?

I've been looking and have found nothing. I can't imagine that it's legal to publish something predicting that someone will do something heinous with no evidence, but unless the statement includes a predicted timeline, it will never be able to be proven false. Until the person the statement is about dies, the statement will always be capable of becoming true(sort of a Schrodinger's cat meets Hume situation). Does anyone know of any case law that may help me here?

I'm leaning towards Garcon, though Nicks is projected to score more points. Nicks can come up big, but some games gets nothing done; Garcon on the other hand is RG3's #1 target, and has been more consistent since coming back from his injury. Please explain your answer.

Also, to make things more complicated, Dreesen's put up better numbers this year, but Tamme's the better TE. Please explain your answer.
