i am 22 years old i am holding down a job that i dont like at a nursing home which tends to test my patients a lot and i barely earn enough money to live on because i dont do enough hours, i go to college only two evenings a week and that is fine but i am finding the amount of research and essays that i do at home overwhelming and i find it really embarrassing asking for help. In my mind if i leave college i will be able to earn more money and pay my bills that i am lapsing on and the pressure will be off, but i will never further my career with out a degree and im getting a bit to old to quit now and do it all over again. i'm just not sure weather i can do it anymore.

would be grateful of your opinion

my father had had a tooth out today and he has been in a lot of pain, from what my mother has told me he has had 8 paracetamol in a space of 7 hours and around 2 hours later i gave him 1, 50mg Tramadol, that was around 4 hours ago, he is still in a lot of pain. would he be able to have another tramadol now? just a bit worried because of the amount of paracetamol he has taken.

would really appreciate it if only qualified medical processionals answered this question.

i was going to have chilli con carne with rice and sour cream but my dad got a joint of beef out so now im wondering whether i should have that with roast potatoes broccoli, split beans, peas, Yorkshire pudding and stuffing. what do you think chilli or roast?

im really worried i have found a lump on the bone behind my ear and one on my neck and have had one inside my ear for months, my doctors dont have any appointments for a week or so and im really worried that it might be cancer, it runs in our family, im 21 and female. has anybody been through this and its been something else? or any suggestions as to what it could be? they are painless unless i start proding them alot and they are pea size.

i posted a question about an hour ago and inside was a link for abused kids, in fact it was a petition for 2 people who seriously hurt 2 babies together and only got 20 weeks suspended sentence. we were trying to get signatures to get the case reassessed and get these people put away for good. they took it off, do you think having that link taken off was wrong or right and why?

just been on someones question, they are pretending to be young, asking about young boys 'bits' but if you look at there profile they are clearly not young, the only reason i looked is because someone pointed the situation out. is there anything we can do to prevent this? it makes me sick. and are there any pointers for spotting a paedophile?
