I have a Bachelor's in Chemistry and Psychology and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. Along the way, I've taught classes in chemistry, physics, biology, math, psychology, neuroscience, and a few other things. It's a bizarre resume.

  • Non-Traditional Student Considering Law School...?

Ages ago...when I did undergrad, I had to be concerned about my parent's income. When I went to graduate school, my tuition was covered to the point that, even today, the only loans I have are from undergrad.

I'm 34, and I'm considering going to law school. The sticker shock of what a top-rate law education is going to cost is daunting. I'm starting the process--taking the LSAT, getting things together, when something occurred to me.

I realize that there are two costs I have to take into consideration--the cost of going to school, and the lost income that will result from me having to quit my job to go to school. I've wrapped my mind around both of those. What had not occurred to me was that, when I do the FAFSA, it'll be based upon the previous year's income which, in my case, will be 2009. That 2009 income, will include the job that I'm currently in, which I'll have to give up.

So...will I be getting shafted for my first year's financial aid? How will this be taken into consideration? Best Answer points will go to the Best Answer (duh!)...with preference given to those who have been there and done that.

  • Best tires for a 2007 Honda Accord?

I have a 2007 Honda Accord Sedan, EX V6. I've got about 35,000 miles on it and it's time to get some new tires.

    215/50R17's.

I'm looking to do what every consumer wants to do--get the best tire for the money. I'd prefer not to spend a fortune, but I do want quality. Ride noise is a big deal for me. Probably looking for 40-50K mile tires. Suggestions?

  • Movies and gratuitous nudity--writing a research paper, and I need a list!?

This ranks as one of the more unusual requests I've made...but...

I'm writing a paper on gratuitous nudity in movies. Obviously in some movies, nudity and sex are a key part to a particular film. However, in many movies, particularly horror movies and teen comedies, such things are generally totally optional and really are pretty much designed to draw more people to watch.

So...I need a list of movies, particularly from the last 20 years. Mainstream movies only--no porn or Cinemax-style movies. Examples would include the Friday the 13th movies, Sexdrive, Eurotrip, etc. The more over the top (i.e. more unnecessary) the better.

And in case anyone wonders--there really is a research paper involved. I'm not simply looking to expand my Netflix list (though as it is...I'll likely need to rent several of these--curse my luck.)
