He is talking weird to me like complimenting me (which he never does) and his brother keeps saying weird stuff to me about him,

and I just like him as a friend and I no valintines day is coming up but I don't want

Today In math class for the 1st time I actually sat next to him and when I was going to sit down he moved the chair away so I couldn't sit next to him ( he was being playful) but after a few fighting struggles he finally let go of the chair and let me sit next to him a few mins later he took my phone and made me beg/ fight for it (like he always does) * he always make me fight or beg for something I want from him even if its something of mine and I'm the only one he does it to!! (And the only one he plays around with is me)* anyways, after I got my phone back I have I seen that he took a pic of me with it, auugg!! Then after that I asked for a pen from my friend across the room and she passed it too me but it landed underneath his foot and he wouldn't give it too me and when I begged for it he just put his hand over his mouth and looked the other way and finally gave it to me and then I asked him for a pice of gum I said " plllleeaasse ken can I have pice of guumm" in my girly girly voice and after that he looked at me and then turn his head the other way with his hand on his mouth again and then turned around again and just started looking at me for like a whole 30 seconds then just ignored me and didn't give me any gum, after a few more minutes he kept showing me like naked girls doing weird stuff I pretend to laugh but I did not want to see that,(I'm a girl) after class was over he kept looking at me in lunch it was weird and ackward and when I was in English he sat next to me but he kept inching away but a few mins later i found him faceing my way again and litterly like 25% of his body was off the chair but more towards me, If he wanted to b close y did he inch away? Weird right, but I'm not creeped out by this, he is my friend after all (kinda) and he never interact with anyone like that but me. Does this guy like me or not? Even though I think he does I need a 2nd opinion on this, and if he does why does he act like this to me(jerky/playful/mean/pervertic)?

Ok so this Chinese guy in my class called me yellow girl, idk what that means and I'm not Chinese I am African American, im no were near the color of yellow im just brown, and no i do NOT have a southern accent i talk properly and help most of the asain kids who cannot speak english speak english better. can someone please tell me what does yellow girl mean? The guy that called me that is a very anti social person he only talks to the asain guys and only in Chinese he speaks, but I know he can speak English very well but he doesn't want to. I'm the only non asain and the only girl he talks to and when he talks to me it's on a very rare occasion, we can't hold long conversations its usally just "did you do the home work " no, then he just turns away and doesn't talk for the rest of the day, but he does always sit next to me, but he also treats me way worse than he does other people like when I have a snack to eat he just takes it and eats it and leaves me a little bit and he pushes me in the hall way and sometimes he talks bad about me in Chinese but I can kinda a little bit under stand what he is saying by his body language and some words that I no.
