Proposed Lease/Sale Terms on a commercial building is $2.25 NNN. Can someone explain this for me please?

Ok, so three months ago i bought a car from my friend "Joey". When he signed the car over to me, he signed as "Joey", but on the title, his name is "Jose". When i went to transfer the car to my name, they gave me a paper on which he had to say that "Joey" and "Jose" were one and the same. I've yet to return that paper to the DMV. But I'm currently selling the car. So is it in my name, or do i need to have my friend sign off the car? I don't understand. I paid the DMV the fee, but i don't have a new pink slip because of the mix-up. I just need help understanding how i can sell this car.

Ok, so my team in undefeated in a big money league, and this week I'm playing the only other undefeated team left. We are both 3-0 and in the same division, plus he's the guy that talks a ton of smack, so i want to beat him. Sadly, i'm missing 3 WRs this week, so I need some help finding a couple studs this week. I want to win BAD.

I'm starting Roddy White at wide receiver, but i need to start two more, and Bowe, Williams, and Harvin are all on a bye! I dropped Roy Williams and grabbed James Jones because (a) the Pack is playing the Lions, and (b) the Packers can't run, so they will pass. But i still need another filler for this week. Here's a couple names on the waiver wire-

Have trades updated? I just used Xbox Live to update all my rosters after my buddy said that madden 11 sucked. So i updated but to my dismay-

Campbell is on the Redskins

McNabb on redskins etc etc.

Is there anyway to get this fixed other than manually doing it? I can't find anyything on it

1 point per 4 receptions (RB)

1 point per 1 reception (WR,TE)

1 point per 10 yards receiving/rushing, with 2 bonus points upon 100 yards

(so 90 yards is 9 points, but 100 yards is 12 points, 110 yards is 13... etc)

When it was first released, i was like, what changed?. but seeing them next to each other really shows the differences.

ok, i'm only 19, so i need some of the older folks to make sure i got this right.

In 1947, the AAFC Baltimore Colts were formed. In 1950 they joined the NFL, but disbanded after a year. Baltimore fans were upset, so after the 1953 season, the NFL moved the Dallas Texans, a failure of a team financially and on the field, to Baltimore. They became like the Baltimore Colts Part 2, but kept the Blue and White colors of the old Dallas Texans.

Dallas was upset about losing its team, and in 1960 Dallas re-entered the NFL as the Cowboys. Also during 1960, the AFL created their own "Dallas Texans" team. This team has no connection with the team that was relocated to Baltimore. In fact, the "Dallas Texans" relocated to Kansas City in 1963, and became the current Kansas City Chiefs, which joined the NFL during the merger in 1970.

The Colts, however, continued to play in Baltimore for 30 years, but relocated to Indianapolis for the 1984 season. Baltimore was upset.

10 years later, The Cleveland Browns owner Modell, after realizing he was losing a lot of money, tried to relocate the Browns to Cleveland. Fans were pissed during the 1996 offseason, the commissioner decided to "deactivate" the Browns for 3 years. The Browns would retain their name, colors, and franchise record. The Baltimore Ravens would be considered a "new franchise", but with all the Browns current players. In 1999, the Browns rejoined the NFL, seemingly as an expansion team, with all new players.

In 2002, the name "Texans" was reborn after the Houston Texans were granted the 32nd NFL franchise, 5 years after the Houston Oilers relocated to Tennesee and became the Titans.

Am i right? I'm trying to get this all figured out. And if anyone knows why Irsay moved from Baltimore, i don't understand.

I'm a Colts fan, and i saw him twice a year with the Jags, and then i saw him in a few games for PIT and i personally think he may not be great, but better than a lot of starting QBs.
