I did not get a warrenty. Currently my ipod is in dfu mode and when I try to restore it It stops right before the end. I've waited up to two and a half hours for it to finish but it never does. Can they tell that its jailbroken and will they service it. I really would rather not buy a new one. If they won't what are my other options?

I'm restoring my ipod. The progress bar on my ipod touch has stopped right next to the end but it's not finished. It's been this way for 8 minutes and the progress bar hasn't moved. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to restore an Ipod.

I recently jailbroke my ipod touch with green poison. It worked fine. Then I turned it off and turned it back on but it just shows the green poison logo then after about 5 minutes it flashes a white light. Then it starts again. I've tried connecting it to my computer to do a restore but itunes won't sense it. What should I do. I know this isn't a hardware problem.
