I had read something about this young man raping small animals. Has this been confirmed and if so has someone contacted the authorities?

My kids a little bad ***- I prayed for guidance and "God told me" to read the bible. I began reading it, looking for methods, and realized what God would do. I mean I want to correct my kids behavior but I don't want to burn them for an eternity, or drown them, as it seems rather maniacal. So I guess my question is this, what would the man who gave us knowledge, do?

She's stealing candy, as a result of her being envious, and a thief. The bible tells me that the wage for these sins is death. I didn't see anything excluding children on account of their age, but I guess that's because we are all children in Gods eyes.

The insanity defense works on the presumption that someone doesn't KNOW A CRIMINAL ACT IS WRONG. Is this not a defense based on the ignorance of the accused?

If the burden is placed upon the citizen: why must we take a test to practice law (if knowledge of the law is assumed), why am I afforded the right to legal counsel, why is it "The Most Pervasive Right" of the Accused, and why can I be denied the decision to represent myself? (Powell v. Alabama)
