Is dog Ciprofloxacin safe for human consumption?
I have a bottle of Ciprofloxacin (Cipro) which was prescribed by my vet for my dog. I understand that this antibiotic is also used in humans to treat the bacterial infection known as Folliculitis.
I do not have medical insurance and have difficulty affording prescriptions, and was wondering if it is safe for a human to consume the pet prescription of Cipro.
Also, if anyone knows if it's safe to take Ciprofloxacin with Ibuprofen that would be a big help.
Please spare me the obvious answer of "consult your physician" if you don't mind. I take full responsibility for any and all adverse effects which may result from following online medical advice.
Thank you.
Medicine8 years agoCan I microwave dry breans instead of boiling?
I have some Goya dry red beans. They have soaked overnight and the instructions say to boil them, then reduce heat, cover, and let simmer 15-30 minutes.
I was wondering if I can microwave them instead. I'd prefer if someone has direct experience doing this.
Thanks.
