I don't really know how to ask this question so please forgive me if it doesn't really make sense. So for the past 3 years I've been feeling like I'm isolated for the world and that I want no part in this world anymore (I'm not suicidal) and it feels like I've done everything I want to do (the rest is just out of my reach) all I do lately is chill in my room get high and daydream sometimes I hear my parent tell their friends that they don't even know that they have a child in the house cause I'm in my room day and night. I know this is really not normal for a 17 year old but what can I do? My parents wanted me to go for therapy but I refused it
