Can a landlord change your lease before your old lease is up?
My landlord came over with a new lease saying i moved in on April of 2012 and I moved in in August 2012. Is that legal? I told him I am moving and he said i had to be out on the 28th of this month. I thought by law a person has 30 days in the lease it says 30 days.

1 AnswerBuying & Selling10 years agoIf a mechanic keeps not fixing your vehicle right then wants to get a lien against your car can you stop them?
We paid this mechanic over $600.00 for work done on our vehicle. We were still having the same problems and kept taking it back . The last time we took it back he told us to take it home and try it out. We did and the next day all the oil was on the ground because he didn't tighten up bolts. So we never paid him for the last ordeal. Just this morning he called me on the phone and called me a ***** and said he was going to put a mechanics lien against our vehicle. Do we have a leg to stand on here?
