Hi,

I have quite a skinny figure, and I want to put some muscle on for the summer, particularly in my arms and shoulders.

I do a lot of running so I keep fit.

I'm drinking 2 pints of full fat (blue top) milk each day.

What exercise routine should I do to put muscle and weight on? I want a solid plan that I can complete every day, but I just don't know where to start?

Was in a nightclub recently, when I heard a song and I can't find the name of it.

However it had very similar lyrics to Corona - Rhythm of the Night.

It didn't have the same beat though, and it might have been sung by a black guy and a girl.

So I take a DLC car out of my garage, and go to modify it at the Custom Shop. But I can't resave it in my garage because its full...therefore I loose all my Customisations...

So I have an Xbox 360 E, with an internal 4Gb HDD, plus a 120Gb HDD.

I have put disk 1 of GTA V in to install the 8Gb file. At the end of the install, the message "An update is required, but the update cannot be found" appears. This also disconnects me from Xbox Live.

My account also disappears, and when I attempt to sign in, my account does not appear as an option.

Following a console restart, part of the GTA V file is "corrupt" - this file is 1.5Gb.

When putting disk 1 back into the console, it says it will replace the corrupt files. However, the whole cycle starts again when the replacement has finished.

Can anyone please help me?

P.S. I was unable to install Assassins Creed 4 as well (hinting the same problem).

I have also deleted my account and re-downloaded it. Someone suggested it might be to do with the 'Beach Bum DLC' - of which I cannot download because of errors...

I have just purchased a new Xbox 360, but my old Hard Drive will not fit the new 360.

The new 360 only has a 4Gb Hard Drive.

All of my content is on my old Hard Drive (250Gb) - if I buy a transfer cable, will everything be okay?

Or will there not be enough 'space'?

How can I solve this problem?

I have been having issues with certain small childs toys falling from my rectum whilst walking up stairs. They range from the little red blocks to the long black ones. I once recovered a model car inside there as well. I'm worried that I have been sleepwalking and accidentally inserted my grandchildrens toys into my anus. That might explain the redness and soreness that is often present in the mornings. Any suggestions to prevent the soreness and/or to stop me from putting childrens toys in my ******** whilst asleep?

So I've got Haemorrhoids, and its pretty annoying - when I say annoying, its like a ******* vineyard between two hills! Grapevines everywhere! Now, I've tried the creams and stuff, but no joy. So I've decided to try unconventional warfare - starting with prodding it with needles to burst them. No joy and much pain! Then I decided to use sand paper, moving through to more coarse sheets. Eventually I had the neighbour over with his belt-sander to finish the frickin job off like a man...but again, they grew back.

Any ideas?

MY BOTTOM IS LEAKING white fluids mixed with red lumps/small 'pebbles' - my wife tried to help by licking it out with her tongue and fingers, but that just made things worse! We got our next dor neighbour to help but it was too painful with them both licking and fingering my bottom.

Now my son and his girlfriend have had a go with the strap-on 'toilet' brush - and its a nice sensation without the ripping pain, but they can keep doing this forever! They keep swapping shifts, and the automatic-thruster motor has packed in as a result!
