Help with calculating molarity?
Hey! I'm not too good at chemistry and this one problem is stumping me. How do I solve it?
If it took 23.60 mL of NaOH to neutralize 25.00 mL of 0.1110 M HCl, what is the molarity of the NaOH solution?
Thank you in advance!
2 AnswersChemistry6 years agoHelp with implicit differentiation?
Hi all! I'm really stuck on this problem. Find dy/dx implicitly for the equation xy + sin(y) = 1. Does y' = -cos(y)?
Here's what I did, but I'm pretty bad at this so it's probably wrong:
xy + sin(y) = 1
y' + cos(y) = 0
y' = -cos(y)
2 AnswersMathematics7 years agoCan someone help me identify this movie?
Okay I know this description is SUPER vague but I figure SOMEONE has to be able to help me.
I caught it on TV one day and it was a really weird movie...I don't remember it well at all but I think a lot of people at the end died. I think the people in the movie were teenagers.
The main thing I remember about the movie was this actress and that's really why I'm trying to find it. I remember she had really big lips. Her character was kind of shy and quiet at first and then she gets beat up and the only scene I remember vividly is after she's beaten up and she's laying in the bed with a busted lip and blood everywhere and she starts crying and I think she ends up dying. I /want/ to say her name is Sarah (either the character or the actress) but I'm really not sure.
I know this is super vague and I'm sorry. I think the movie is a little older, maybe late 90's or early 2000's. If you know anything that could help me, thanks in advance!
4 AnswersMovies8 years agoCan one use the particle "的" more than once in a sentence in Mandarin Chinese?
Hi, I'm only in my second year of Chinese so I don't know that much yet, haha. So basically the question explains it all. An example would be "熊猫的住的地方". Would that be okay to say? Or like... "New Orleans 有多的好玩儿的活动。" I've just never heard it before so I don't know if it's a thing.
1 AnswerLanguages8 years agoCan someone proofread a German essay for me?
I wrote an essay for my German class but I REALLY need someone to proofread it for me...:P I didn't know how to say a lot of things so it's probably really bad...Our guidelines were to write about our weekend, and we had to use 4 genitive prepositions (trotz, anstatt, wegen, während) and simple past, past tense, present, and future tense.
English (what I want it to say):
Last weekend I went with my best friend Sarah to the movies and to the zoo. I went to her house, and I picked her up with my car. However, it was raining. In spite of the bad weather, we decided to go anyway. First we went to the movies. We decided to see Emil and the Detective. Instead of candy, we bought popcorn. We also bought drinks and nachos. During the film I laughed a lot. I liked the film very much! After the film we went to the zoo. The weather became good while we were in the movies. We saw many animals at the zoo. My favorite animal is the zebra. Because of the good weather, the zebras were outside. I waved at them. Then we went home. It was now very late. I hugged Sarah and I brought her to her house. Sarah and I had lots of fun. I will have another fun weekend with Sarah!
SORRY for my really bad German...:P
1 AnswerLanguages1 decade agoChemistry homework help? (molarity & molality)?
I'm really stuck on this question! Can anyone explain it me, if it's not too much to ask? Thanks!
To produce 40.0 grams of silver chromate, you will need at least 23.4 grams of potassium chromate in solution as a reactant. All you have on hand in the stock room is 5 L of a 6.0 M K2CrO4 solution. What volume of the solution is needed to give you the 23.4 g K2CrO4 needed for the reaction?
Thanks in advance :)

1 AnswerEconomics1 decade agoQuestion for anyone who natively speaks two or more languages...?
This is kind of random, but I was wondering, if your parents speak two languages and you know them both fluently and use them both regularly, which one do you think in? Is one language used more often for thoughts? Why or why not? This is kind of random; thanks for any answers!
