  • Excel 2007, mulitple criteria?

    In Excel 2007 I have column O that has time slots to choose from:

    8-12AM

    9-11AM

    11-1PM

    2-5PM

    5-7PM

    5-8PM

    12-5PM

    1-3PM

    3-5PM

    In column M is the start time, which could be ANYTIME, calculated in a military time (so there is no AM or PM).

    In column AA I want a formula that will tell me if that time slot was not met, I'm not concerned if they showed up early, only late. So if the time slot was 9-11AM, and the start time in column M was 12:51, I want column AA to show 1, and if it the time slot IS met (same 9-11AM time slot, and column M had 9:30) have column AA show a 0.

    Is there a way in Excel 2007 to create a rule (for the lack of a better term) that would NOT allow any user to duplicate a phone number (for example) in a column, or throughout the entire sheet?
