I have crews of 200 or so that use knives to do some work on chicken. I constantly need to clean the knives that they use, maybe 10 or so at a time, and ideally a sterilizer would give me the certainty that I need that the knives are clean.

The only problem is - I can't find anything that will work. I've seen lab autoclaves, which would work fine, but are a minimum of $10,000, electronically controlled and much more heavy duty than what I need. At the other end of the spectrum, there are little table top units that are designed for cleaning manicure tools that would have no chance of lasting in a food manufacturing environment (water and chemical cleaning).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm taking my family to Orlando in February for 10 days. We're staying off-site, and will be in the Disney World parks from 5 to 7 days. I'd like the option of going in the morning and then returning in the afternoon and/or evening to see parades and fireworks.

Here's my question - the way that the pricing for tickets work, it's much cheaper for me to buy a 10 day pass than to buy a 5 day pass with the Park Hopper option. So... can I buy a 10 day pass and use 2 passes at 2 different parks each day over 5 days?

If I know the concentration of Carbon Dioxide at a height, is there a way to calculate the concentration at a different height? I have CO2 producing equipment and a monitor at 10 feet elevation, I need to know what the concentration is at head height
