a friend of mine bet me that Marcell Reece would make the Pro Bowl as a running back....he DID make the pro bowl as a fulback...who wins this bet?

He is saying a fullback is a type of running back....i disagree....who is right?

i LOVE Rivers' matchup v Oakland, but Foles got me to the championship game.....and has been the leagues #1 scorer since he became a starter in week 6.

it is a 6pt TD league, which only makes the decision tougher. I know i cant go wrong with either of these guys, just trying to find the best option.

Usually an obv choice to go with Brown, hes been a stud this year, but Joe Haden for Cleveland has been shutting down some good WR's.

Woodhead doesnt have a great matchup either vs Chiefs in KC

I am rent a house with a large yard that we had to get a riding lawnmower to mow it every week. The property has a bunch of apple trees on it about 20 feet from the house which I also have to mow around. We also have dogs that go out off leash on the property. The landlord is telling people to come and take what ever they want. One person has and he came to the door and explained he was a friend of the landlord and asked which is great because then I won't put the dogs out. I said yes he could. But, today some guy was out there with his kid picking apples with buckets. I went out and told them to leave and the guy got angry and said he had the landlords permission so he could do what ever he wanted. He didn't leave until I told him that I would call the police. The landlord has to notify me 12 hours before before he comes onto the property. Doesn't this include his random rude friends?

i need 2 wr out of these 3 guys. I like Marshall and Jeffery both better than Amendola, but not sure how i feel about playing 2 wr from the same team.

Im getting punished this week for not paying attention to BYE weeks at my draft.....

All i have left at RB are Ryan Matthews, Danny Woodhead, and Chris Johnson. I'm pretty sure i want Johnson in 1) because i dont want 2 rbs from the same team playing and 2) im expecting Johnson to get even more work with Fitz at QB now that Locker is out.

I hate to bench a guy like Kaepernick ever, but its a 6pt per passing TD league and i dont think Kap will be throwing for 400yds again this week vs Seattle. Dalton is playing vs Pitt defense, which isnt exactly the Pitt defense we've come to know in past years.

We have a designated IR spot on our roster, but are capped at 5 WRs. I play 3 every week because our flex is a WR/TE flex, no RB's allowed. I have B Marshall, Welker, Amendola, Mike Williams TB, and Chris Givens now. Kaepernick is my QB and i love having the QB/WR tandem. Would you get rid of one of these WR's to pick up Crabtree?

I am a dog groomer. I work at a local shop. The owner of the shop makes me buy my own grooming products, I brought a few of my own customers there and I had to purchase my own shampoo for them but I use her shampoo on her customers. I use my grooming products on both her and my customers. She gives me a check every two weeks for half of what each customer pays (both mine and her customers) unless there is an extra charge like toothbrushing. She says that she baught the toothbrushes so I don't get that money. She gave me a 1099 form for my taxes and she tells me I'm self employed. Am I really self employed if she's taking half of everything I make and I have to pay for all of the stuff I use on her customers? My dad insists that she is screwing me over by taking half of everything I do and not paying some of my taxes.

I signed a lease last week to rent a house in Green Bay WI. The rental agreement was to begin on Feb 1. When we signed the lease, we told the landlord that we would be moving in gradually over the next 6 weeks because we are already in a home and didnt want to be in a rush to move things. We went to the home to drop some things off on Feb 1st, but there were contractors still finishing the upstairs bedroom floors. They ran into some problems and had to start the job over again. It is the 5th now and they are still there finishing up today(hopefully). My wife talked to the landlord yesterday about prorating the rent because the house is unlivable with contractors and there mess all throughout the house. The landlord told us that he will not give us any rent back, because he is doing us a favor by fixing the floors for us. We also have not gotten a checklist of what was wrong with the house or anything saying that the house is free of lead paint. The house is VERY old, so the lead paint might be an issue. I am under the understanding that we have only 7 days to report anything wrong with the house so that we wont be liable for anything damaged before our move in date when we move out. Also, the contractors have the heat cranked way up and have windows open upstairs to ventilate the fumes from whatever they are doing. The WPS bill is already in our name and i dont think we should have to pay it, but again, the landlord says "it wont be that much" and for us to just pay it. I like the house and dont want to cause problems with the landlord, but i feel like he is TOTALLY in the wrong here. Should i be compensated for rent for the days that the home is unlivable? Should the WPS bill be my responsibility? How much time do i have to report any damages in the home so that i wont be liable? How can i talk to the landlord about these matters without causing problems? Thank You!
