Hallo,

ich würde gerne wissen, ob sich einer mit der rechtlichen Lage auskennt. ein Freund aus dem Ausland (16) möchte zwei Wochen in Deutschland bleiben, wir würden gemeinsam in ein Hotelzimmer gehen. Ich bin 14. Für alle Beteiligten ist es kein Problem. Nur wäre nun meine Frage, ob meine Mutter solange für ihn die Aufsichtspflicht hat, und ob er dann überhaupt in ein Hotel (Bed&Breakfast) gehen dürfte, da err ja dann nicht in ihrer Obhut ist.

Es wäre schön, wenn sich da jemand mit der rechtlichen Lage in Bezug auf Aufsichtspflicht, Altersbegrenzung usw auskennt :)

Hey, I'm a German and.. yeah, I have some problems with my own language.

I'm trying to teach my friend a few, simple words and a bit grammar, but I stuck at one point. I noticed that there are always different places for the word "auch", and I really don't see any explanation for that, I'm doing this just intuitional.

So, my question would be, are there any people out there who learn German in school? And who could tell me whether they learned how to place this "auch", and how?

I'm desperated =/
