I stay in top athletic shape and love the weight room

however i have just been diagnosed by my doctor with mono, and my doctor told me that i cannot do any kind of lifting or contact at all involving football.

is there a way i can still work out but play it safe w/ my mono?

Once upon a time i had a long and hard debate with my teacher. She attacked me telling me that i couldnt be both pro life and pro death penalty. I responded to this unknowledgeble criticism by explaining to her that a person facing the death penalty has been proven guilty of a crime countless times and has made the choice in lifestyle, and is of proper age to have been making his own decisions. An unborn child has done absolutely nothing wrong and does not deserve to be taken out of the world, because it is wrong to take the life of an innocent person. That child could be adopted after child birth. And who knows? maybe that child could later invent the cure for cancer.

Im strong right wing but I'm very willing to peacefully debate with others and be understanding of others decisions. Tell me what you guys think about this
